Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add the cubed salmon pieces, honey, lime juice, and seasonings. Mix to fully coat each piece of salmon. Cover and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour (up to 3 hours for more flavor).
Preheat a large pan to medium heat over the stove, spray with avocado oil, and add the salmon along with the remaining marinade. Cover and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the yogurt, mayo, and chipotle Tabasco together at the bottom of a large bowl. Once mixed, add the coleslaw mix and toss to fully coat.
Flip the salmon pieces and leave the pan uncovered for 2-3 more minutes or until the internal temp hits 145°F.
Build the tacos with flour tortillas, guac, the creamy slaw, salmon, pickled red onions, and sliced green onions.
