Choc Chip Protein Banana Bread

A moist, naturally sweetened banana bread packed with protein and studded with melty chocolate chips — perfect for a pre-workout snack or afternoon pick-me-up.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a blender, puree ripe bananas, maple syrup, vanilla, and Greek yogurt until smooth.

In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, then pour in the wet ingredients.

Mix until no clumps of oat flour remain.

Stir in 1/2 cup of the semisweet chocolate chips.

Transfer to a parchment paper lined loaf tray and top with the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out with a few crumbs on it.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into slices.
